It’s our belief that even 20 minutes spent outside can be of great benefit to you, whether that’s a walk in the park a quick bike ride or something more strenuous getting outdoors is good for the soul.
We want to make it easier for you to get outside and enjoy the day, we want you to meet other people like you and feel great about yourself.
At FINDRA, we organise and support groups that meet up twice a month to run or ride bikes in the beautiful Tweed Valley. If you’re new to running and want to join a friendly group of runners or if you’re just getting into cycling, all of our groups are friendly and encouraging, so come along and get involved.
