How to Layer Merino Wool

One of the reasons we choose merino wool for our clothing is because it makes an excellent fabric for layering. A good layering system is essential if you’re planning outdoor adventures, as it helps to protect you from the elements while allowing you to easily adjust your temperature. We’ve created a range of merino base layers, flexible mid-layers and accessories perfect for all your activities.

Base layers

Mid Layers

Flexibility is key when it comes to mid-layers, and we have created a versatile range to choose from. All of our t-shirts, zip and cowl necked tops are designed to work well together, giving you the freedom to adjust depending on the weather.

Top layers

We’ve sourced a sustainable S.Cafe® fabric that uses reusable coffee grounds and plastic bottles for our lightweight jackets. These breathable, waterproof jackets are designed to be worn comfortably as part of a merino wool layering system.

Accessories are a versatile part of any layering system, and ours have been created to work in harmony with our other layers. Our neck warmers perfectly complement our tops and t-shirts and our hats, wrist warmers and socks are great finishing touches for your outfit.
