Slow fashion is a commitment to respecting the planet we’re on and the clothes we wear. It is the antithesis to fast fashion, which encourages customers to buy clothes that they will quickly discard. Slow fashion is committed to sustainability at every stage of the process.
“I knew I wanted to create a business and brand that was based on a Sustainable Business Model.”

FINDRA and Slow Fashion
Founder Alex, and the whole FINDRA team, believe in the power of slow fashion. Our clothing is designed to outlast any short fads or fashion trends. It is stylish, timeless and can be mixed and matched, so you can build a sustainable wardrobe piece by piece.
FINDRA clothing is made to be useful all year round and its functional and versatile design details allow wearers to enjoy them while taking part in all sorts of outdoor activities.

Sustainability and Slow Fashion at every step.
Sustainability and Slow Fashion at every step. Committing to a slow fashion ethos means creating clothes, shoes, accessories and other textiles without damaging the environment with all its components. This includes all elements of production, from design to sourcing materials to marketing.
It also means pledging to considering the afterlife of clothes, by choosing materials like Merino or innovative new fabrics that are easily recyclable.
In 2019, we were delighted to win the VIBES small business award for Scottish sustainable businesses.
